LOOK 2 - THE LIGHT OF NOOR

This white velvet and lace peplum top has silk velvet draped panels with embroidery over a floral lace bodice. A continuous draped panel in white moss crepe rests off the shoulder. The white peplum is structured and accentuated with hand embroidered navy blue lining.
